YIT names Alexander Ehrnrooth chair of shareholder nomination committee
YIT named Alexander Ehrnrooth, CEO of Tercero Invest, to its shareholder nomination board. He will chair the committee. Kristina Pentti von-Walzel, CEO of Laponie, was appointed to represent a shareholder group holding 15.95%. Varma CEO Risto Murto joined the nomination board as the pension insurer’s representative, wi
