Xiao-I plans ADS ratio change effective September 8, 2026
Xiao-I Corporation plans to change its American Depositary Shares ratio to ordinary shares, from 1 ADS representing 60 ordinary shares to 1 ADS representing four hundred ordinary shares, effective September 8, 2026.
