Xcel Energy sells Michigan gas operations to SEMCO, electric business to UPPCO
Xcel Energy has agreed to sell its Michigan natural gas operations to SEMCO ENERGY Gas and its electric operations to Upper Peninsula Power. The deal is expected to close in 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
