XTEND and JFB complete business combination; NYSE trading starts Sept. 4
XTEND Reality Expansion Ltd. and JFB Construction Holdings have completed their business combination, renaming the combined company XTEND AI Robotics, Inc. The company will begin trading on the NYSE under ticker XTND on Sept. 4, 2026.
