XCF Global to Acquire Paramount SAF Facility for $60 Million
XCF Global, through subsidiary New Rise Renewables Paramount, agreed to acquire Air Products Manufacturing’s interests in the Paramount, California, sustainable aviation fuel facility and related assets. The purchase price is $60 million.
