Worthington Steel completes takeover of Kloeckner, to report Q1 2027
Worthington Steel, Inc. completed a voluntary takeover of Kloeckner & Co SE via Worthington Steel GmbH and delisted Kloeckner from Frankfurt. The company will report fiscal Q1 2027 results after the close on Oct. 6, 2026, with a conference call and webcast Oct. 7.
