World Kinect executive chairman to step down; $0.23 dividend declared
World Kinect Corporation said Executive Chairman Michael J. Kasbar will step down Dec. 31, 2026, with independent director Ken Bakshi becoming independent board chair. The company declared a $0.23 quarterly cash dividend payable Oct. 16, 2026, with a record date of Sept. 28.
