Workday Prices $2.5 Billion of Senior Notes
Workday priced four senior note tranches totaling $2.5 billion, due in 2029, 2031, 2033 and 2036. Proceeds will retire $1.0 billion of notes due April 1, 2027, and fund general corporate purposes; closing is expected October 23, 2026.
