Workday Agrees to Acquire C1.ai and Expands AI Partnerships
Workday signed a definitive agreement to acquire C1.ai, with financial terms undisclosed and closing expected in its fiscal fourth quarter ending Jan. 31, 2027. It also partnered with Anthropic and plans a broader launch of its Sana integration in late 2026.
