Wolfspeed shares jump after OSC conditional $1.5 billion loan
Wolfspeed (WOLF) surged more than 18% overnight after the U.S. Office of Strategic Capital announced a conditional $1.5 billion loan commitment to support expansion of domestic SiC and gallium nitride production.
