Wistron slumps after pricing $1.47B GDR offering
Wistron Corp., a Nvidia supplier, priced a $1.47 billion worldwide depositary receipt offering and shares slid more than 6%. The company plans to sell 25 million GDRs and use proceeds partly for acquisitions.
