UnitedHealth Group Inc. (NYSE: UNH ) spent much of its second-quarter earnings call talking about recovering margins, stronger guidance and operational improvements. But there was another message hidden in plain sight. The company couldn’t stop saying one word: “restless.” At first glance, it sounds like little more th
