White Pearl Technology Group corrected the subscription price for its July 24, 2026 LUMIN4RY share issue to SEK 13.9741 from SEK 17.76. The corrected VWAP covers July 3—23, replacing the January 12—30 calculation period used previously. Three sellers will receive 23,180 supplementary Class B shares, increasing their en
