Wharf REIC agrees to sell Scotts Square for 310 million Singapore dollars
Wharf Real Estate Investment has agreed to sell Scotts Square for 310 million Singapore dollars. The sale price is described as a 10% premium to the asset’s book value but below a reported S$450 million market price.
