Westward Gold announces $5m non-brokered private placement
Westward Gold Inc. says it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 20,000,000 units. It also cites combined $2.5m in lead orders from Crescat Capital LLC and Concept Capital Management Ltd.
