Weatherford completes NCS multistage deal; shareholders approve U.S. redomestication
Weatherford International completed the NCS Multistage takeover, with NCS shares delisted and WFRD shareholders given specific WFRD-share/cash consideration. Shareholders also approved redomestication to the U.S., and 357,159 shares were registered for resale.
