Waterland stops working with Giacom, still weighs Gamma bid
Gamma agreed last week to an Epiris takeover in a £1.02bn deal, after which reports said Waterland was considering a higher offer involving Giacom; Waterland is now said to no longer be working with Giacom while still considering a bid for Gamma.
