Waskita Karya extends 2019 Series B bond maturity to 2034, revises coupon
PT Waskita Karya has extended the maturity of its Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Waskita Karya Tahap IV Tahun 2019 Seri B bonds to December 31, 2034, from May 16, 2024. The coupon terms have also been revised to 5% + Kupon from 9.75%, effective September 17, 2026. These changes follow bondholders' acceptance of the company
