Waskita Beton Precast corrects notice for Oct. 2 extraordinary shareholder meeting
Shareholders will vote on delegating approval of the 2027-2031 long-term plan and 2027 budget, and on debt-to-equity terms. The notice also adjusts the planned Series C issuance cap to 33,831,589,017 shares.
