Wallenius Wilhelmsen expects Q3 adjusted EBITDA of USD 420-450 million and reaffirmed its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook of about USD 1.6 billion. The forecast comes alongside a planned private placement to raise the NOK-equivalent of USD 300 million to expand its newbuilding program.
