WTK Holdings sells three Penang industrial leasehold parcels for RM 38 million
Loytape Industries agreed to sell three properties in Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang for RM 38 million cash to NationGate System, including a RM 3.8 million deposit on signing and RM 34.2 million on completion. Completion is targeted for Q2 2027, subject to consent approvals.
