WTK Holdings proposes RM38 million disposal of three leasehold land parcels
WTK said its wholly-owned subsidiary LISB entered a sale and purchase agreement on 30 September 2026 to dispose three industry leasehold land parcels in Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang, for total cash consideration of RM38,000,000 to NationGate System Sdn. Bhd.
