Vulcan Infrastructure and Power entered a private exchange with holders of its 8.50% Senior Notes due 2026. $2,793,150 principal of 2026 Notes exchanged for $2,833,358 principal of 10.00% Senior Notes due 2030. Deal also covers about $40,230 of accrued interest via three-year warrants for 1,000,000 Class A shares at $1
