Vornado, Griffin and Rudin Close 1.05 Million-SF Joint Venture
The venture is developing a 1,400-foot tower at 350 Park Avenue, with more than 1.9 million square feet of office space. Citadel Enterprise Americas has leased 1.05 million square feet, and construction is underway; the project includes a $3.3 billion construction loan.
