Volkswagen employee and state reps reach concessions on restructuring solution
IG Metall union and group works council leaders said Volkswagen, employee representatives and Lower Saxony made concessions to pave the way for a viable restructuring solution, including a proposed spinoff of Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand and VW Components.
