Volato Group to rebrand as SOAR AI after Alignment Engine merger
Volato Group said it will change its name to SOAR AI, Inc. after merging with Alignment Engine, citing about $1.17B in four-year take-or-pay GPU orders, with trading under the new name expected to begin Oct. 20, 2026.
