Vizsla Copper to acquire Alaska VMS and Helm Bay Gold projects
Vizsla Copper entered into a securities and asset purchase agreement to acquire the Delta polymetallic VMS and Helm Bay Gold projects in Alaska. Agnico Eagle will become a significant shareholder.
