Vitec Software Group Acquires ZMartek Oy; Deal EPS Accretive
Vitec Software Group, via its subsidiary Vitec Tietomitta Oy, has acquired all shares of Finland-based ZMartek Oy for cash. ZMartek reported SEK 4M in sales for 2025. The acquisition will be consolidated immediately and is expected to boost Vitec's earnings per share.
