Vitec Software Group Acquires Dutch Firm AtermIT for Cash
Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has acquired the Dutch maternity-care software firm AtermIT for cash. AtermIT reported €3.2M in pro-forma 2025 revenue. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to Vitec's earnings per share.
