Vishay Intertechnology Introduces New Power Modules
Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE:VSH) has introduced four new power modules featuring 650 V Superjunction MOSFET Technology. These modules are offered in Single-Switch and Low Side Chopper Configurations and are designed to increase power conversion efficiency while eliminating the need for PCB redesigns.
