Viant launches underwritten public offering of 8.5M Class A shares
Viant Technology Inc. announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of 8,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock, to be sold by a selling stockholder. The underwriters have a 30-day option per the offering terms.
