Vext Science reopens Ohio dispensary, extends notes maturity to 2029
Vext Science reopened its Jackson, Ohio dispensary and agreed to restructure about $6.0M in APP notes, extending maturity to January 15, 2029, subject to conditions and expected to become effective October 1, 2026.
