Vertiv agrees to buy Utility Innovation Holdings for $1.45B cash
Vertiv agreed to acquire Data-center power company Utility Innovation Holdings for $1.45 billion in cash. The deal also includes additional consideration of up to $1.15 billion tied to targets for EBITDA.
