Veritas Capital agreed to buy Bodycote in £1.85 billion deal
U.S. private equity firm Veritas Capital agreed to buy Britain’s Bodycote in a £1.85 billion ($2.51 billion) debt-inclusive deal, outbidding CVC, according to reported bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals by 0930 GMT Tuesday.
