Verdera Energy agrees to sell Treeline project in New Mexico
Verdera Energy Corp. said it entered a Mineral Property Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Treeline project in New Mexico, under which Americas Uranium Corp. has agreed to proceed with the transaction.
