Veracyte bolsters cash; adds Prosigna and TrueMRD
Veracyte said it received $150M upfront plus up to $30M tied to UroAmp reimbursement, while adding Prosigna and TrueMRD and pursuing Convergent cost synergies. The company also reiterated its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance and plans a post-BCG test launch targeting late 2028.
