Venu Completes $60 Million Sale-Leaseback for McKinney Site
Venu sold the land and specified improvements for its planned McKinney entertainment complex to STORE Capital and leased the parcel back for 99 years. Initial annual ground rent is $5.7 million, subject to increases.
