Venezuela oil executives warn power shortages are slowing expansion
Executives at an energy conference in Caracas said unreliable power remains the biggest obstacle to oil and gas projects. Venezuela's electricity minister said key projects are progressing and up to 4,800 MW could be back in service by year-end.
