Veea signs term sheet to form NovaGen Health Networks
Veea said it signed a non-binding term sheet with NovaGen to launch NovaGen Health Networks and integrate its HealthLynx/VeeaONE edge platform with NovaGen’s regenerative medicine services. GeoNova committed $10 million.
