Vaxcyte reported positive topline results from OPUS-1: VAX-31 met all primary immunogenicity, immunobridging and safety endpoints vs PCV20 and/or PCV21 in adults, with noninferiority across all 321 serotype comparisons in ages 18-49 vs 50-64.
