Valuno issues 16.75M new shares from convertible bond conversion
Valuno Group AB (publ) issued 16,750,000 new shares to Helena Global Investment Opportunities 1 Ltd from conversion of 2,470 convertible bonds (nominal SEK 1.235M). 11,742 convertible bonds (nominal SEK 5.871M) remain outstanding.
