Valor Energy to Acquire Youngstown Computing Center Project for $3.6 Million
Valor Energy entered into an equity transfer agreement to acquire all outstanding equity interests in Glorious Star, which holds interests in a Youngstown, Ohio, computing center project, for $3.6 million. It will place a refundable $360,000 deposit in escrow.
