Valero power disruption at Port Arthur refinery from Tropical Storm Edouard
Valero said Tropical Storm Edouard caused a power disruption at its 424,000 b/d Port Arthur, Texas refinery. Motiva’s Port Arthur plant also reported an unexpected interruption on Tuesday due to the storm.
