Vaccinex publishes pepinemab biomarker data in melanoma
Vaccinex said a Nature Communications publication from an Emory-led pilot neoadjuvant study reported pepinemab combinations remodeled the tumor microenvironment in resectable metastatic melanoma and met the biomarker primary endpoint; efficacy was not powered.
