Shares of Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ), AT&T Inc. (T) and T-Mobile US Inc. (TMUS) increased in the overnight session Wednesday following the Federal Communications Commission's announcement of plans to release thousands of megahertz of additional spectrum to market.
