KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 13 (Reuters) — Malaysian palm oil futures fell on Tuesday, after edging higher in the previous session, as weaker rival edible oils, crude oil prices and high stockpiles pressured the market. The benchmark palm oil contract for December delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange slid 41 ringg
