Universal Safety Products enters convertible note agreement
Universal Safety Products said it entered an amended and restated securities purchase agreement with SJC Lending for up to $2.65 million of convertible promissory notes. The company said the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, regulatory approval and stockholder approval.
