Unitil Raises $60 Million Through First Mortgage Bond Offering
Unitil entered into agreements to privately place $60 million of first mortgage bonds for refinancing and general corporate purposes. The offering includes $30 million of 5.72% Series T bonds due 2036 and $30 million of 5.87% Series U bonds; the remaining maturity detail is truncated.
