UnitedHealth Raises 2026 Earnings Guidance After Q3 Results
UnitedHealth reported Q3 adjusted earnings of $4.69 per share and sales of $112.694 billion, both above consensus. It raised its 2026 adjusted earnings guidance to at least $20.50 per share and GAAP guidance to at least $19.50 per share.
