Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern Report Higher Quarterly Profit and Revenue
Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern reported higher profit and revenue in the third quarter as shippers continued moving cargo from trucks to trains. Norfolk Southern CEO Mark George said rail-service demand increased throughout the quarter.
